Misha was walking his cinnamon-colored dog when I approached them.
What is his name?
Canelo, it means cinnamon in Spanish. Basically, if you were Latino and you saw somebody who look like that - with that king of coloring. You nickname would be Canelo. The same way the Brits call redheads Ginger.
And what breed is he?
Don't know. He's a mutt. He's from Cuba.
Did you fly him from Cuba?
Yeah. He got here just a month ago.
Why did you get him?
I didn't. My father did. But he's getting on in years. When the dog arrived, he figured he could take of him. That means I have to take care of him.
A lot of dogs look like this because of a limited gene pool. He's about 11 months old. He likes ot sing.
How does he sing?
If he hears the siren, he starts howling. If I play my guitar, he starts howling.
